Psalm 92 Main Point: When you look for Jesus/God you will find Him, and He will thrill your heart. Have you ever lost something and you tried to explain what it was to someone so they could help you search for it? Like a child? But you don’t remember what they were wearing and in your panic you can’t seem to adequately produce a distinguishing description of your lost child that will set them apart from the other 300 small people running around in the playground. Psalm 92 does not suffer from this problem. But maybe we are overwhelmed with details, amazing and distinguishing details, but nonetheless there is a description of God here and we want to know, is this telling us about Jesus? “If you had really known me, you would know who my Father is. From now on, you do know him and have seen him!" John 14:7 NLT Jesus turns this question around and says if you look at Jesus, you will have seen the Father.
