Seeing Jesus in Psalm 104

  Psalm 104 I join with the writer of this Psalm who begins and ends the Psalm with an exclamation of total praise.  MAIN POINT: Use your breath to Praise the Creator King Jesus who gives you His breath. “ Let all that I am praise the LORD . O LORD my God, how great you are! You are robed with honor and majesty.” Psalms 104:1 NLT “Let all sinners vanish from the face of the earth; let the wicked disappear forever. Let all that I am praise the LORD . Praise the LORD!” Psalms 104:35 NLT And this exuberant, complete surrender to praise flows from the knowledge that the King is the creator and sustainer of all things. Look at the description of God in verse 1 as being robed with honor and majesty. Seeing Jesus in Psalm 65

Psalm 65 MAIN POINT: There are things only God can do. Jesus did these things. Jesus is God. Psalm 65 recognises the power of God and sets the stage for Jesus to demonstrate He is that God. Jesus can calm the storms. 'You quieted the raging oceans with their pounding waves and silenced the shouting of the nations. ' Psalms 65:7 “Jesus responded, "Why are you afraid? You have so little faith!" Then he got up and rebuked the wind and waves, and suddenly there was a great calm. The disciples were amazed. "Who is this man?" they asked. "Even the winds and waves obey him!" Matthew 8:26-27 Yesterday as I walked to work there was a quick short hard rain shower.
